​Request upon Returns & Exchange

 

 

Please be sure to confirm the following items once you received the products.
· Are there no defective parts in the product?
· Is there any errors in the order content?
· Is the size correct?

For any other inquiries on the received products, please contact us via E-mail info@poetique-bijoux within one week after arrival.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cases we can not accept returns / exchange ※Important

· Different from the image
· Used / Once worn
· Damaged caused by customer
· When the return period passed over a week after the product's arrival
· When returned without notice.
· Make-to-order products

※Please note that slight difference in colour and size can not be returned or exchanged.

Return

In cases of other reasons, please contact us via Email  info@poetique-bijoux within one week after the arrival of the product.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.


· Please return in the same condition as it was delivered. (Guarantee card, box etc)
· The return procedure is with the customer. (Even if you receive it as a gift, please contact us from the ordered person.)

Exchange

In cases of other reasons, please contact us via Email info@poetique-bijoux within one week after the arrival of the product.

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

<Attention!>
· Exchange will be basically with the same item.

· The exchange fee will be paid by the customer in the case of customer's preferences such as "Size does not match" etc.
· Please return in the same condition as it was delivered. (Guarantee card, box etc)
· If you are receiving as a gift, please let us know the name of the customer.
(We will check the order status of the item so that exchange can beprocessed smoothly.)

 

«About delivery of exchange products»
After confirming the returned product, we will proceed out packing & shipping.
In addition, there are cases when we may not be able to deliver or may ask for sometime to prepare due to the stock shortage. We will contact you in that case.

 

 

​Defective item / Misdelivery

Although we are careful with inspection of the product, if there is a problem or mistake by any chance, please contact us within 3 days after the arrival of the products.
We will promptly replace it with a new item.

For exchange with Out-of-Stock item, we will refund once.

※ When you wish to order the same item, we will prepare as soon as possible on order.

 

Cancellation after shipment / long term absence / Refuse receiving

We can not accept returned goods such as "Cancellation after shipment of goods", "Long absence", "Rejection of receipt" etc.
In this case, we will charge a round-trip shipping fee.
